Testimonials
Elk hunting self guied/DIY
This was our second year with Big Timber outfitters and are booked again for a 3rd year. The big timber team has surpassed my expectations on what I’m looking for in a quality elk hunt, elk numbers and friendly staff. My hunting partner and I have harvested 3 bulls in 2yrs and should have had a 4th. (Don’t pass on what you would shoot on the last day. ) Billy jo, Jerry and the big timber team know the area like the back of there hand and will guide you in the right direction to have a successful hunt if not an opportunity. They will drop everything they are doing if you hit an elk, to help you recover it! If you are looking for a challenging hunt on public land with a good guide service and great people this is it!
P.s. if you get a chance, let Jerry cook for you. You will not be disappointed.
